Amateur radio complaints should be as specific as possible, citing dates, times, and frequencies on which alleged violations occurred. Complaints should also include a name and telephone number where the complainant can be reached for further details, if necessary. Complaints should be sent via e-mail to fccham@fcc.gov or by mail to the address below.

Hi Billy G.,  right on the money for complaints.  Hollingsworth and associates has got a large area to cover here on the Mainland.  In the past years since he took office it has been rather quiet of all querming/QRM.  But the AM mode Amateur broadcasting another issue.  All the op's never has any considerations for SSB op's.  There's pro and con's in this mode.
Although to "Broadband" has not hit here yet.  My son in England has it.  So can you image what's it like?
